Specialties: Administration of a wide range of psychological tests to children and adults for enriching awareness of individual coping patterns, diagnoses, strengths and weaknesses, and personality features to inform treatment recommendations that are best suited to an individual’s specific needs.
Providing supportive, compassionate and culturally sensitive therapy with a primary Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focus for individuals to promote growth, self-acceptance, and enhanced coping abilities.
Assisting individuals in overcoming and managing anxiety, depression, sleep-disturbances, adjustment challenges, chronic pain, significant life changes, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma symptoms, substance use challenges, schizophrenia, crisis management/stabilization, chronic pain and injury, personality disorders, difficulties in relationships, and coping with loss and grief.
Philosophy: “I believe therapy is all about building a supportive relationship so an individual can gain insight into aspects of their life, feel more empowered to tackle challenges, explore past and current relationships, and develop greater levels of self-acceptance, coping, and balance in life.” She also believes, “there is no limit to what you can achieve when you have the support to realize your potential.”
